​Domestic Activities​​
The Company’s domestic activities in Israel focus on the acquisition of high quality, income-producing properties and strategic land reserves. Our detail-oriented approach and focus on active management has resulted in a leased occupancy rate of 97 percent.

The Company owns a large quantity of commercial office buildings that span the geographic distance of Israel.

Furthermore, ODAR group own several land plots for future development and actively expands its real estate portfolio through acquisitions and self-funded development.

​International Activities​​
ODAR group is currently active in the United States, Canada, Spain, Germany, Romania, Costa Rica and Russia.

The Group owns a variety of income-producing properties out of Israel such as office buildings, commercial centers, hotels and investment apartments.

The Group also holds strategic land reserves in some of these locations.
